US President Joe Biden finally said something that’s not written down for him, and now his administration has to “walk it back,” says Sky News host Chris Kenny.
The leader of the free world was in Warsaw, in the Polish capital, when he labelled President Putin a “butcher” who “cannot remain in power” due to his actions in the Ukrainian invasion.
The White House swiftly responded, stressing President Biden’s message did not signal a shift in its policy. “Finally, Biden says something that’s not written down for him, and look what happens, his administration has to walk it back,” Mr Kenny said.
