Joe Wicks opened up about his parents' mental health issues
Having recently announced that he and his wife Rosie Jones are expecting their third child, it's no surprise Joe Wicks is feeling 'over the moon.' However, Lorraine viewers saw a different, more vulnerable side to the normally fun-loving Body Coach on this morning's show .
Remembering how his parents' mental health struggles impacted his life, Joe explained: "Being a young boy in that environment, it's very chaotic." Joe explained: "The documentary reveals that and also we speak to other families that are going through it to try and shine a light on the services there are out there to help young families bring their children into the conversation."
She added: "I'm really looking forward to that documentary because I think we'll see a different side to you and what you've overcome." He said: “It's made me be very committed to Rosie for one and to work through stuff - if we have an argument I don't want to drag it out.”
