Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid went to the doctors complaining of a migraine prior to the playoffs, only for the diagnosis to be something more sinister that impacts how he looks on the court.
Joel Embiid has been diagnosed with Bell's palsy, a form of facial paralysis, after initially complaining of migraines prior to the NBA playoffs.
Embiid wore sunglasses to the podium after he scored 50 points in the Sixers' Game 3 win over the New York Knicks and said he's battled various symptoms such as blurred vision and dry eyes. Last season's NBA MVP, Embiid was 13-of-19 from the floor, made 19 of 21 free throws and hit five three-pointers in Game 3.Does LeBron James have another deep playoff run in him?
