John Barilaro will face court after being charged by NSW Police following an altercation with a cameraman in Manly last month.
NSW Police has confirmed Mr Barilaro was given a court attendance notice for alleged assault and malicious damages offences.

"Officers attached to the Northern Beaches Police Area Command are investigating an incident that occurred about 7:30pm on Saturday 23 July 2022, outside a bar in Manly," a statement read.
