New HVAC, electrical and home performance services training center opens
at the new John Betlem Heating and Cooling State-of-the-art training center opening on Saturday, October 7th 2023
Rochester, N.Y. — John Betlem Heating and Cooling unveiled a new state-of-the-art training center Saturday afternoon. The new training center represents a significant milestone for the company with it's commitment to employee development and excellent customer service. Andrew Conaway, Safety and Training Manager for John Betlem Heating and Cooling, says there's a huge advantage to participating in this training regardless of experience.
"Our training program is where we can take anyone with a lot or very little experience and bring them," said Conaway. "Show them the HVAC Electrical Home-Performance trades and really get them to understand how to go out into the field and be a service tech, be an installer.
