“What worries me is if you get the Foxification of a news platform, dressed up as a news channel which is really about opinion. The danger is the opinion you get is all from one side and you’re feeding people with one diet,” Sopel said. “If I worked in BBC News and I tweeted something like that, I would’ve been horrified if I hadn’t been sacked because it obviously didn’t meet the impartiality guidelines,” Sopel said.
