The puzzle pieces are slowly coming together for Jordan Peele's next film.

Peele also addressed why he’s set his sights on making original films rather than pinning his hat on a franchise. “I’ve always been attracted by the prospect of my favorite movie I haven’t seen before and what that could possibly be,” he said. “And that, to me, is in the spirit of moviemaking.”, Peele said that some fan theories are on the money while others are entirely off base.
“I love a rapt audience, whatever it is," said Peele. “I love an audience that’s cringing or cowering or laughing. Roller coasters aren’t fun alone. Laughing isn’t fun alone. Being scared isn’t fun alone. You need that energy, and it heightens the ride.” The audience's reaction actually informs how he titles his films, Peele said: “I like the titles that are in tune with how the audiences are feeling and reflect on what they’re thinking and feeling in the theater.
