Without naming Christina, he vowed, 'I will not publicly badmouth anyone as people have families, friends and others who respect and love them. Unfortunately the internet is forever.' He wrote in the caption: 'I prefer privacy, especially during something as life changing as a divorce I did not ask for'
A source told Us Weekly this weekend that the soon-to-be exes 'haven’t even started negotiations' in their divorce proceedings.Josh is seeking a 50/50 division of assets, meanwhile, in a July social media statement Christina stated that she does not intend to split her personal assets equally. After Josh shared a message about 'hope' on his Instagram Stories, Christina took a screenshot of the picture and added her response.
Christina and Josh both filed for divorce, with the former listing their date of separation as July 7 while the latter wrote July 8
