JPMorgan Chase is expected to announce soon that it is ending its hybrid work policy and requiring all staff to return to the office five days a week. The bank's CEO, Jamie Dimon, has been a vocal advocate for in-office work, citing the benefits of face-to-face collaboration and innovation. This move follows a trend of other companies, like Amazon and Tabcorp, scaling back on remote work options.

One of the world’s largest banks is reportedly preparing to end its hybrid working from home policy and call all staff back into the office five days a week. JPMorgan Chase and Co is expected to announce within weeks that it is shelving its current three-day in-office attendance mandate for many of it employees, according to Bloomberg.

Amazon workers head back to the office. The financial giant, which has a global workforce of 300,000, has been contacted seeking comment on the post-pandemic plans. According to the report, about 60 per cent of the bank’s staff including managing directors, retail branch workers and traders already come in five days a week. JPMorgan Chase chief executive Jamie Dimon is an advocate for having staff in the office.
