JPMorgan Chase & Co. is using artificial intelligence to improve and personalize client services in savings and checking accounts, loan applications and credit cards
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is pushing ahead with plans to feed decades’ worth of client data into smart technologies, with an eye to boost customer services, said Manuela Veloso, the bank’s head of artificial-intelligence research.
