Hamburger Mary's on Church Street is pictured in Orlando, Florida, on Wednesday, July 29, 2020. over a law that contains penalties for any venue allowing children into a sexually explicit “adult live performance.” The law includes potential first-degree misdemeanor charges for violators.

“Not only does the statute fail to define these terms, but one must resort to state jury instructions to find any definition of ‘lewd conduct,’” Presnell wrote.
