SUNBURY – A Northumberland County man’s claim that he was coerced into admitting he caused the death of his former girlfriend who was dragged and run over by a car has been rejected. County Judge Paige Rosini on Tuesday found manifest injustice has not occurred and refused to let Stephen F. Kruskie withdraw his guilty plea to voluntary manslaughter and other charges.was not knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily, she ruled.
