Bergen County state Superior Court Judge Lisa Perez Friscia dismissed a suit without prejudice on March 17 that was filed by the Hudson River Waterfront Conservancy against the Admiral’s Walk Condominium Association, which included proposals on how to link the waterfront on association property to an existing 18-mile pedestrian and bike path.
