The annual Australian Fashion Week is about to wrap up for another year at Sydney’s Carriageworks and former foreign minister turned influencer Julie Bishop has emerged as the event’s MVP.
the 67-year-old has reinvented herself
Ms Bishop was spotted sitting in the “frow” at Acler, Michael Lo Sordo, P.E Nation, Carla Zampatti and David Jones Indigenous Fashion Projects among others. The following evening the ex-Liberal MP swapped political royalty for pop culture royalty and joined radio star Jackie O Henderson in the front row for the P.E Nation show.

Picture: Wendell Teodoro/Getty Images for AFW Sandwiched alongside the likes of Bec Judd in the packed front row at Machine Hall in Kent street, the Lo Sordo show was at capacity with a fair amount of uninvited guests gate crashing the event.
