It appears that Jurassic World Dominion will release an extended version of the film on home video. Currently in theaters, Jurassic World Dominion is the final chapter in the Jurassic World trilogy, seemingly bringing the franchise to a close.
To date, Jurassic World Dominion has pulled in $438 million worldwide and is sure to continue its climb over the long weekend. While it's the worst-reviewed entry in the franchise by critics, sitting at 30% on Rotten Tomatoes, it's also the second-highest rated among fans, sitting at 78%, just under the original Jurassic Park, which is the highest-rated for audiences at 91%.

While Jurassic World Dominion has divided audiences and critics alike, the box office shows that interest is still high for the franchise, which has continued to expand in film, TV, video games, and merchandise since it kicked off in 1993. The latest film is said to be the end of the franchise, but that's highly unlikely to be the case if Jurassic World Dominion performs anywhere near as well as the last two films, both of which earned well over $1 billion at the box office.
