The jury in the Greg Lynn murder trial has had a request to re-watch some testimony granted by the trial judge.The jury is considering whether Mr Lynn is guilty of murdering campers Russell Hill and Carol Clay in Victoria's High Country.
The panel has been tasked with deciding whether Mr Lynn, 57, is guilty of murdering retired campers Russell Hill and Carol Clay in Victoria's High Country in March 2020. Mr Lynn's evidence, given on the trial's 18th day, saw the former pilot take to the witness box and recount his version of events about two deadly struggles with Mr Hill, which led to the death of Ms Clay and Mr Hill himself.
