The 37-year-old then took viewers through her entire workout routine for the day, which included everything from banded jump squats to running on the treadmill and even some light sparring. “And that is how you do a no-hands workout and still get your a— kicked,” Cuoco, who was covered in sweat, said at the end of the workout. “So, you can always do it.
