Kate Garraway furiously confronted Matt Hancock over his handling of the Coronavirus pandemic on Good Morning Britain during Tuesday's show.
Kate then declared: "At the time it mattered I couldn't visit Derek in hospital, he couldn't see his kids. The rules were very muddled for us out here". Matt was eventually forced to resign from his position as Health Secretary in June 2021 when it was revealed he had been caught breaking his own social distancing guidance by kissing Gina Coladangelo.
