The Princess of Wales participated in rugby drills as she visited Maidenhead Rugby Club on Wednesday for a discussion with local and national male players on early childhood
Kate Middleton showcased her sporty side as she wore a trendy tracksuit while visiting the Maidenhead Rugby Club in Berkshire to take part in a fun rugby skills session.
Showing off her sporty side, Kate was seen with her hair tied back into a ponytail to pair with her casual outfit for the day. Kate will be joined by former England rugby professional and Shaping Us champion, Ugo Monye, who will lead the discussion with fellow professional rugby stars Courtney Lawes and Danny Care, alongside representatives from Maidenhead Rugby Club and Si Trower, founder of the mental health charity Brave Mind.
The Princess participated in rugby drills before heading into the clubhouse where she will hear about childhood experiences, fatherhood and the impact that settings such as sports clubs can have on creating a network of support when raising children.
