“While he didn’t go into too much detail on the marriage,” says the supposed source, “he called her his ‘wife’ on more than one occasion and hinted that they were about to embark on a divorce battle.” The tabloid further maintains that Foxx and Holmes never got a prenup, which is why a battle is expected.
