Katie Piper's acid attacker has breached licence conditions
Katie Piper’s acid attacker is on the run from police following his recall to prison after he breached the conditions of his licence.
In 2020, parole for Sylvestre was granted, though he now faces more jail time after going missing while on licence. Sylvestre applied for parole in 2018 successfully and was freed, 10 years after the attack, at which time he was ordered to stay away from Katie. At the time of the sentencing of these men, Katie tweeted: “This is a really difficult time for me. I am trying to come to terms with the decision and this is something I need to deal with.
