Multiple vehicles including a Mercedes, Range Rover, Jaguar and VW Beetle have been spotted at the £2million home
Katie Price is embroiled in a new council row after turning her Mucky Mansion house into a second-hand car lot despite driving ban.
Under planning laws, the storing and selling of cars from a private residential address could be deemed an unauthorised 'change of use' of the property. It could be found to be 'not incidental to the enjoyment of the house' and planning permission could have to be applied for, and granted.
