Oh yes! I watched the final with my two girls and – oh my god – I was just crying and crying. My husband was looking at me like, “What’s the matter with you?” And then the next day I realised what it was. My daughter came down to breakfast and she was like: “Oh my god, I had the best dream last night. I was at Wembley, and I scored the winning goal. And it was amazing!” And I thought, that’s why I was crying because I never had that dream. Every single boy has had that dream.
I have to say, the ’60s is not my era. When it goes into that A-line, short skirt thing, I don’t have the legs for it, and it makes me super uncomfortable. But I was lucky because it’s set between 1962 and 1964, so we actually took a lot of the silhouettes from the late ’50s instead, which I’m more comfortable with – and look better in.No, I wasn’t. But I was on the tube the other day and there was a group of girls that were probably around 17 or 18.
