According to police, the assault occurred on June 20 in the 1000 block of"I don't know if it was the fact I honked at them. I don't know if it was the fact that when they threw something at the car, I stopped and got out of the car. I believe they were on something honestly. Her eyes were kind of dazed," Johnson said. Johnson needed staples to close a deep cut in her head.
"I was kind of upset because you're telling them they are being recorded, why is nobody calling the police? Why is nobody coming to help me?" Johnson said. "I'm not old, but I'm an older lady. I tend to kind of forget some things sometimes. I guess with age and stuff like that, but it's like, I really have to write stuff down now. I don't know if it had anything to do with that or triggered it, but I feel it does.
Johnson's phone was recovered a short distance away from where the suspects tossed it out the window. The suspects drove off in a black Infiniti G-series coupe with all-black rims and an aftermarket front bumper and headlights. Police do not have a plate number. Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that leads to an arrest in the case. All the news you need to know, every day
