Kevin Clifton has been praised by fans and colleagues alike as he shared an unusually honest post about his past struggles on Instagram today .
The first snap showed Kevin, who has opened up on his problems with alcohol before he gave up drinking in 2020, looking gaunt and greasy as he zoomed in on a selfie of himself with unkempt long hair.Despite the bold first image, after that Kevin posted a number of him achieving critically-acclaimed dance shows, which came after he chose to leave Strictly behind, as well as a string of snaps with his fiancée and their little girl.
"Don’t like to talk about it too much in public but a few years ago i wasn’t always doin as well as I always tried to make out," Kevin captioned his post.Stacey was one of the first to give her support to her life partner, as she gushed in the comments: "My angel. We love you endlessly." Three years ago, Kevin bravely opened up about his decision to quit drinking in a post where he tried to encourage his followers to change their habits amid the nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic.
