King Charles III and Queen Camilla arrived in Canberra on Monday to begin their second official day of royal engagements in Australia. The couple started their day with a visit to the Australian War Memorial, where the King paid tribute to ANZAC past and present servicemen and women.

The royal couple have just laid a wreath at the Australian War Memorial and are now meeting members of the public outside of the For Our Country Memorial where they will pay their respects.Queen Camilla is wearing a white silk crepe court dress by Anna Valentine with a diamond and pearl brooch previously worn by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother.
"As chair of the Trust, I have been invited with other trustees to the reception in Parliament today — a place I know well of course — and tomorrow in Sydney we have several engagements involving the Trust, and I will be able to elaborate further…" Hephner the alpaca has met a few celebrities in his time, and today is looking to add a couple more to that list.
Behind a line of police officers, a group of demonstrators chanted "no pride in genocide" and "Australia is a crime scene".
