The cancer was discovered in tests after the King had a corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate in January. While the King attended church on Sunday, his son Prince William, his wife and their children did not. The Easter service comes just over a week after Kate, Princess of Wales released a video message sharing that she had started preventative chemotherapy after an abdominal surgery in January.
