The monarch has visited Scotland
King Charles has returned to royal duties as Prince Harry celebrates his birthday - which has so far been publicly ignored by the royals. The monarch has been out and about in Scotland as Harry was in Germany at the Invictus Games, where he turned 39.
Charles visited Kinross in Perthshire on Friday, September 15 to hear how an anti-poverty charity has been making a difference to people’s lives. He dropped in on St Paul’s Church to meet Annie McCormack, the founder of Broke Not Broken. Charles then viewed an art exhibition within the church featuring pieces by local artists, before meeting members of the public outside. The King also visited the nearby Kinross Day Centre, where he will meet people who directly benefit from the services it provides, alongside visitors and volunteers.
