Andrew has lived in the home since 2004 under a 75-year lease from the Crown Estate and shares the massive property with his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York. “As things stand, life at Royal Lodge is set to become increasingly cold and uncomfortable for the Duke. “They didn't when they were younger men, but I think both of them softened in their old age, especially towards the end of their parent's lives," Schofield said.
