Some cities in the Puget Sound, coast and San Juan Island regions may see minor flooding on Thursday due to another round of King Tides.

For instance, in Snohomish County, dozens of vehicles were submerged in floodwater. In South Seattle, an industrial park was inundated with water. Though severe flooding is not expected, the National Weather Service has issued Coastal Flood Advisories for some areas for Thursday and Friday. Areas which may be affected are Everett and vicinity, the Tacoma area, the Admiralty Inlet area, Seattle and vicinity, Bremerton and vicinity, San Juan County and western Skagit County. The advisory is in effect until 1 p.m. Friday.Flooding of parking lots, parks, and roads are expected with only isolated road closures, according to NWS.Do not drive or walk through moving water. Six inches of water can cause someone to fall, and a foot of water can make a driver lose control of their car.
