Writing in her column for the Mail on Sunday, Kirstie revealed she was stunned when she found out thatBy age 11, a whopping 90% of kids also own phones and by age 15, practically all children will have a phone, the Ofcom figures revealed. She revealed that her two children, Bay and Oscar, were both given phones when they turned 13, but that there were still 'strict rules' around their devices, including keeping them in the kitchen overnight.
