The stock’s KVYO, +14.40% first trade on the New York Stock Exchange was at $36.75 at 12:44 p.m. Eastern time, for 1.9 million shares. On Tuesday, shares of grocery-delivery app Instacart CART, -5.73%, known officially as Maplebear Inc., opened 40% above the IPO price before paring gains to close the first day up 12.3%.
