Kyler Gordon's hand injury will cost the Chicago Bears a key cog in their defense until at least Week 6.

Gordon suffered a hand injury when he blitzed on a third-quarter play Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.Now the Bears will be without a key cog in their defense until at least Week 6 against the Minnesota Vikings at Soldier Field. “It’s invaluable to be able to be out there and know the position,” Eberflus said of that experience. “There is a lot of detail to that nickel spot, and he’s done a good job in there. He’s been a good special teamer for us. And if we go that route, he’ll do a nice job.”
