Still, Hayes isn't totally out of the water criminally ... it's still possible the city attorney could levy a misdemeanor charge against Jaxson.for battery on a law enforcement officer after Jaxson got physical with a cop who was investigating a domestic violence call after Hayes' GF allegedly said she was scared her hooper BF was going to physically harm her.
