Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese says strengthening Medicare is at the core of Labor’s position to defend healthcare.
Mr Albanese said there will be a $220 million dollar fund will strengthen Medicare GP grants as part of an overall $1 billion investment to fix GP
shortages.“Health is the issue that motivated me — due to my own family experience – to be engaged in politics. I know the difference it can make.”
