Education Minister Jason Clare has admonished the Coalition for vowing to drop out Australia’s 2030 climate target.

Education Minister Jason Clare and shadow housing minister Michael Sukkar have towed their party lines on Sunday in the wake of Coalition Leader Peter Dutton 's plan to drop Australia's "unachievable" 2030 climate target.

Opposition Leader Peter Dutton said if elected he would oppose Labor’s 43 per cent carbon emissions reduction target by 2030.
