Questions of a “rift” between Treasurer Jim Chalmers and Prime Minister Anthony Albanese have arisen over changes to superannuation, says Sky News Political Reporter Olivia Caisley.
Ms Caisley said Mr Chalmers refused to “rule out the prospect” of the government going after what could be considered the “golden goose” of tax concessions
and tax breaks on the family home.“This has led to an appearance of a rift between the pair, but Labor colleagues have hosed down any suggestion of any conflict.”
