.RichardMarlesMP has taken a swipe at Scott Morrison saying the Prime Minister's rejection of Labor's $300 vaccine incentive shows him at his 'most pathetic'.

Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese unveiled a new policy proposal on Monday night which called on the Prime Minister to reward all Australians who are fully vaccinated by December with a one-off $300 payment.

The rollout is a race. We need Australians to be fully vaccinated. That's why Labor is calling on the Govt to pay $300 to every fully vaccinated Australian by 1 December - including everyone who's already had the jab. It's good for our health, good for workers, good for business."It says to them that any health concerns that they have about a vaccine can be paid off," Mr Morrison said.

Sky News Political Editor Andrew Clennell revealed the vaccine incentive policy was not taken to the full Shadow Cabinet before being announced, but Mr Marles refused to comment on internal Labor matters.
