The Labor Party is resurrecting the Mediscare campaign, pledging to unfreeze medicare rebates.
Labor says health is fertile ground with the election two months away, and pledges to remove the Medicare rebate freeze on 100 GP items, such as mental health and family counselling, within 50 days.
