LABOUR’S election campaign has not gotten off to a spectacular start, safe to say.
But you’d hope that they were still possessed of their faculties enough to know how to operate Google Maps.
A press release with the words of Starmer’s speech landed in reporters’ inboxes this morning saying the Labour leader was “speaking at the launch of Labour’s six steps for change in Glasgow”.It even made it into the words of his speech, with the copy reading: “Anas, thank you for your friendship and your leadershipSo fixated on Glasgow was Starmer that he even gave a shout out to the excellent Sauchiehall Street Indian restaurant Mr Singh’s.
Unfortunately, though, these important debates are being spoiled by a vocal minority of trolls who aren’t really interested in the issues, try to derail the conversations, register under fake names, and post vile abuse.
