Lachlan Murdoch’s lawyer has filed a notice of discontinuance in proceedings against Private Media and Crikey.

Lachlan Murdoch has withdrawn his defamation case against Private Media and Crikey, just days after Fox NewsMr Murdoch’s lawyer, John Churchill, confirmed he had filed a notice of discontinuance in the proceedings.
