Queen Elizabeth II would not be “looking down” on Prince Harry and “beaming with delight,” royal author Lady Colin Campbell claims.
The royal commentator weighed-in on the Duke of Sussex’s speech at the WellChild Awards in London on Thursday, which he delivered on the eve of the first anniversary of the monarch's death.
