The charity’s annual Shine Night Walk is set to take place in Glasgow on Saturday, August 31.

Lanarkshire locals are being urged to join a neon glowing night-time walking event for Cancer Research UK.The event starts at the SEC at 8.30pm, when participants will take to the city’s streets in a fun and inspirational parade of light that will help beat cancer one step at a time.Get all the news from your area – as well as features, entertainment, sport and the latest on Lanarkshire ’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic – straight to your fingertips, 24/7.
