Here are a list of locations that could see a mobile speed camera this month
Lancashire Road Safety Partnership have revealed the locations for mobile speed camera in the month of January.
One of the aims of the partnership is to improve driver behaviour, helping motorists to drive at an appropriate and safe speed within designated speed limits. Safety camera enforcement vehicles are in operation across Lancashire, seven days a week. Cameras on the vehicles use highly accurate laser technology which detects speeding motorists, but also other offences such as drivers not in proper control of their vehicle and if they're not wearing a seat belt. The partnership has now revealed which sites they hope to visit in January 2023, including roads in Preston, Burnley, Ormskirk and Blackpool.
