Jeff German had spent 'months' reporting on Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles, per Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Review-Journal reporter Brett Clarkson sharedGerman, 69, who was found dead outside his home on Saturday, "spent months reporting" on Telles' oversight of the public administrator's office following allegations of bullying, favoritism and a relationship with a staffer, per the Review-Journal. Telles denied the claims.
"We are relieved Telles is in custody and outraged that a colleague appears to have been killed for reporting on an elected official," Cook said.
