V Festival, 2009, was the last time Oasis played a full set together
Legendary indie band Oasis has sent fans into meltdown as they announced a summer 2025 reunion tour. Dates have been confirmed for Manchester's Heaton Park, Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium, Cardiff's Principality Stadium, London's Wembley Stadium, and Dublin's Croke Park. On August 22, 2009, Noel and Liam Gallagher hit the stage at V Festival in Staffordshire.
The band broke up and the brothers pursued their own individual careers front-manning brand-new bands. Liam formed Beady Eye the same year before disbanding in 2014, while Noel continues to tour with his High Flying Birds group today. That appearance at V Festival was the last time fans would hear Oasis in all its glory - until now. With a summer 2025 tour just around the corner, the V Festival setlist may shed some light on what fans can expect next year.
