Purdue walked out of Ross-Ade Stadium knowing it was a good team but failed to close out the game that could've sent its season to new heights.
Purdue showed its potential as a solid team, overcoming adversity, penalties and sloppy tackling to be in a position to take down one of the nation’s top programs on a national stage and earn the label as a serious contender for the Big Ten West.
