Blackpool grime artist Afghan Dan has been jailed for burglary after telling a TikToker he was 'guilty as charged'.
Speaking to TikTok account @JailTales outside the court building, Martin said he had been expecting to be sent to prison for a year and a half. He said: "Guilty as charged."Martin, of Caunce Street, has risen to fame on the Blackpool Grime Media scene for his music videos in which he raps about crime, the police and his grime rival Little T. He has amassed more than 83,000 followers on Instagram and 36.7k subscribers on YouTube.
He said he had resorted to burglary when he was struggling with debts and losing confidence in himself as a musician.
