The Center for Reproductive Rights is set to file legal action Tuesday in three states on behalf of women who say they suffered severe pregnancy complications. After the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade last year, they say they were denied medical care in Idaho, Oklahoma and Tennessee where near-total abortion bans were enacted.
