The lawyer for a man charged with attempted murder after allegedly being involved in a Adelaide gang fight asks a court to dismiss the charges, as prosecutors reveal a number of victims are not cooperating.
A man extradited from Melbourne over an alleged gang fight involving knives and a machete in the Adelaide CBD wants his charges dismissed, a court has heard, as prosecutors said alleged victims were not cooperating.
The court heard Mr Malok had been identified through CCTV footage as being allegedly involved in the affray outside the Nairobi Affair Lounge in Adelaide's CBD in March. The police prosecutor told the court on Tuesday several of the alleged victims were not cooperating with police and he requested more time to confirm the charges against Mr Malok.
He told the court police were conducting other investigations "to try and support that identification" rather than just relying on CCTV.
